• Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days

Delivery Time for Customized:

• Inside Dhaka: 4-5 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 6-7 business days

Shipping Charges:

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70
• Outside Dhaka: ৳130

Order Tracking:
You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking number via SMS/email.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please read our return & exchange guidelines below.

Returns Accepted If:

• Item is damaged, defective, or wrong
• You notify us within 3 days of delivery

Not Accepted If:

• The item was used, washed, or altered
• Tags or packaging are missing

Exchange Process:

• Contact us via Facebook page or email
• Send item back to our address (courier charge may apply)
• Once received, we’ll ship the replacement

Refunds:
Refunds are issued only for canceled prepaid orders or out-of-stock items. COD orders are not refundable.
