• You notify us within 3 days of delivery

• The item was used, washed, or altered
• Tags or packaging are missing

Exchange Process:

• Contact us via Facebook page or email
• Send item back to our address (courier charge may apply)
• Once received, we’ll ship the replacement

Refunds:
Refunds are issued only for canceled prepaid orders or out-of-stock items. COD orders are not refundable.
